Digital Products

Workshops & Events

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Shipping & Delivery

Local Deliveries

We aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, but delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or seasonal conditions.

Plant Deliveries

Plants are packaged carefully to minimise stress during transit. Minor cosmetic damage may occur and is not considered a fault.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no safe place to leave the parcel, redelivery costs may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Our full Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders. Key points:

Live plants, perishable goods, and custom orders are non‑returnable
Digital downloads cannot be refunded once accessed
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue

Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

You may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your items (excluding plants, perishables, and digital goods).

Workshop Cancellations

Refunds follow our workshop cancellation policy:

Full refund up to 7 days before
50% refund up to 48 hours before
No refund within 48 hours
